1. What is an Online Store?
An Online Store is a place where you browse for the product you like and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on Add To Cart Button.
After you have made shopping, you just click on Checkout Button to the next level of shopping where you are asked
you enter your login details
if not already logged in, select the payment method to pay your total bill along with taxes, discounts if applicable.
Finally an invoice is prepared mentioning your items, billing address, shipping address,
payment method and total bill.
After you confirm your invoice, you are redirected to the payment page and that's it.
2. How orders are made in Online Store?
To make an order, you simply click on the add to cart button, while browsing for the product if you like it. When you are done adding
items in your cart, you simply click on checkout and wizard guides you through the steps.
3. What are the various payment options?
In our Store, right now we are offering only ICICI Bank Deposit Service.

5. What is the difference between Package designs &
Individual designs?
Individual Design: It is a single file in jpeg format of 1024 x 768 pixels.
Packaged Design: It is a group of 2 or more design file, with variation in colors and size.
So you get a design in more than one variation.
6. How many days it will take to get my designs?
Instantly. In fact when you pay for the design you purchased. A link will appear in your account area in our store. You can go to there
by clicking on My Account (in left pane) -> Order Number -Download File(s) -> Download File Link Before each item in your invoice.
7. What are your design selling policy?
We take total care of not selling the same design to more than one customer. A design sold to one customer is
automatically removed
from our store, hence no other user can purchase it from our store.
